TableTalker is a revolutionary audiovisual system, designed to enhance meetings and events with affordability and ease of use in mind. Responding to the growing demand for streamlined communication solutions, TableTalker eliminates the complexities often associated with traditional AV setups.
The centerpiece of the system is the TableTalker, a table-top unit, positioned at the center of each table to seamlessly serve up to ten participants. This user-friendly unit provides crystal-clear audio for all attendees, while also talking to the other table-top units in the room, fostering a truly collaborative environment.
A Lectern Unit, equipped with a gooseneck microphone and speaker, caters to the presenter's needs, ensuring clear and focused delivery. The speaker reproduces sound from the tabletop TableTalkers when they are activated so the presenter can hear the meeting attendees’ interactions.
The TableTalker System is controlled through an iPad with TableTalker software applications installed.
This mode of operation has a number of TableTalker Tabletop units distributed throughout the audience area, plus a Lectern Unit on the lectern. The default mode of operation has all tabletop units in speaker mode and the microphone in the lectern unit activated. The presenter has full control to activate and mute the microphones in the tabletop units, one at a time.
This mode of operation has the tabletop units spread out along the centerline of a long table. The matrix will provide mix-minus along the line of tabletop units. Program audio may be played through all of the tabletop units. This allows participants to talk in normal voices across long tables and tables arranged with larger layouts.
Customer Reviews
Having units at every table no matter what my room setup, guarantees the level of audio I want and the speaker enabled technology to take questions directly cuts down on mic runner lag time.
TableTalker takes everything that is wrong with the Q&A process and turns ballroom audio and audience interaction into the smooth, sophisticated process it should be.
I work tremendously hard to deliver presentations that will shape behavior and leave an impression. I don’t know why we had to wait this long for audio and audience interaction problems to be solved, but now that I’ve found TableTalker, I won’t speak without it being part of the virtual and general session experience.
TableTalker's video tracking system keeps my virtual audience part of the conversation and ups the professionalism of my programming. I no longer have to settle; TableTalker is everything I need and delivers it all in a convenient, brandable and compact device that fits into my budget.
