The centerpiece of the system is TableTalker, a table-top unit, positioned at the center of each table to seamlessly serve up to ten participants. This user-friendly unit provides crystal-clear audio for all attendees, while also talking to the other TableTalkers in the room, fostering a truly collaborative environment.
StageTalker, for the presenter, is equipped with a gooseneck microphone, speaker and control panel, which caters to the presenter's needs, ensuring clear and focused delivery. The speaker reproduces sound from the TableTalkers when they are activated so the presenter can hear the meeting attendees’ interactions. The TableTalker System is controlled through an iPad with TableTalker software applications installed.
This mode of operation has a number of TableTalkers distributed throughout the audience area, plus a StageTalker on the lectern. The default mode of operation has all TableTalkers in speaker mode and the microphone in StageTalker activated. The presenter has full control to activate and mute the microphones in the TableTalkers, one at a time. Two sources of auxiliary audio (one for music, one for program audio) can be played through the system. The symbols on the presenter's dashboard view in the TableTalker app representing the TableTalkers will indicate when any TableTalker has requested to speak.
This mode of operation has the TableTalkers spread out along the centerline of a long table. The matrix will provide mix-minus along the line of TableTalkers. Program audio may be played through all of the TableTalkers. This allows participants to talk in normal voices across long tables and tables arranged with larger layouts. There may optionally be a StageTalker at the head of the table. The controls for the StageTalker will include the ability for the presenter to mute all TableTalker microphones. The speaker on the StageTalker will have a mix from all microphones in the system.
